The Executive Team
As President of Sactech, George is responsible for the vision, growth and innovation of the company.
George's career began in the 1990s with Verio where he held multiple technical and managerial positions during the company's rocket-growth phase. After leaving Verio, George was recruited as Vice President of Development for award-winning managed service provider Fusionstorm where his team developed and delivered the first "in the cloud" Infrastructure as a Service Platform (IaaS) based on HP Openview, components of Stanford University's multiple-protocol router software, Sun Microsystems and Oracle technologies.
Additionally, George founded and funded a handful of technology companies based in the Sacramento area. He is also Chairman of the California IPv6 Task Force and Advisor to the North American IPv6 Task Force.
George holds a Bachelor's degree in Strategic Management from California State University Sacramento and leads Sales.
John Riley's information technology experience spans nearly twenty-years in the Silicon Valley and Sacramento area. A systems engineer by trade, John began his career as a Senior Apple Certified Technician in 1990. Shortly thereafter, John trained at University California Davis for education and coursework in Unix Solaris operating systems. In the late 1990s, John deployed and supported multi-platform environments while working for Objective Systems Integrators. Around the time OSI was acquired by Hewlett Packard, John was recruited by Fusionstorm as a Vice President of Information Technology.
John also managed a wide spectrum of networks ranging from small, single-site offices to global enterprises with international Wide Area Networks. John's experience managing global IT networks coupled with his natural ability and sense of fiduciary strategy in business finance became the grass roots foundation for his leadership role at Sactech.
